Kalista Maria Ratliff, 40, passed away on February 15, 2014 at a local hospital. She was a graduate of Howard High School Class of 1992. She was employed at Life Care of Chattanooga and Angelica Industries.
She was baptized at an early age at New City Fellowship under Pastor Randy Neighbors. Kalista enjoys traveling with her friends.
Survivors include her son, Jamaal Williams; mother, Deborah Ratliff; father, Donnie Smith, all of Chattanooga; sisters, Shante’ Lewis and Bridgette Rollins of Chattanooga; devoted aunts, Johnnie Ratliff of Knoxville, TN; Dorathy Wilson, Carolyn Johnson and Linda Roberson , all of Chattanooga; Mark Appleberry, Chattanooga; nephew, Dontae’ Lewis of Chattanooga; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2014 in the chapel with Pastor George Turney officiating. Interment – Forest Hills Cemetery.
The body will lie in state after noon today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995
